Great explanation! But there are several other benefits of learning Chinese. It can allow people (especially American born Chinese) to trace back their heritage. I think it is also useful in studying science, the universe, and technology. Learning this strange but familiar language also allows me to study in China to research on rare giant pandas.

Great article! For as long as I could remember, my father would always remind me about the importance of Chinese. First, it was an imperative for me to learn Chinese since I needed to communicate with my relatives. Second, I needed to learn Chinese to connect with my culture, and succeed in future business ventures. It was so interesting to see the main differences between Chinese and English.

This was very information in its own context. My parents use to say how Chinese is one of the three main languages that must be learned if u wanna be successful. After reading this, I can say that’s true.According to the graph, more people uses Chinese as a second language rather than a native speaker. Its recommended to spread the news in my opinion

what a great explanation! the benefits of chinese really help in business and also its nice to learn a second language. this has informed me that learning chinese is important and to focus on my studies about chinese. chinese is a little simpler then english in a way because in chinese there is no past tense or anything like that, you just use the same word. therefore you don’t need to learn as much vocabulary but chinese characters are harder to write because they include many different strokes but once you understand radicals then you’ll kind of get a clue of what a character means and you can infer the meaning of the character.

I agree with this article and I think that the I for graphic really helps express the importance of Chinese. It also gives us a clear comparison on Chinese vs English and what each language contains. However, I think that there are more than just these reasons for learning Chinese. Chinese helps us a lot with other skills in regards to life itself because there is so much extra curricular learning in Chinese. It also helps with Cultural understanding and cultural diffusion. As well as that, it helps us with our understanding of English, as there are major differences between sentence structure in Chinese and English.

Very Interesting article! I did not realize Chinese was the most spoken native language in the world. This taught me that learning Chinese is very beneficial as I would be able to communicate with a lot of people around the world. It also showed me how different Chinese is from english since Chinese has no alphabets, but there are a lot of characters that are almost impossible to actually remember.

Ive always questioned what the importance of learning Chinese was. Why go through this burden to learn so many characters and make these complicated sentences? Its crazy to learn that its the most spoken language and to already have a foundation for this language is awesome. It makes me feel really good to have already learned so much so far. Thanks for this article because its really motivating to keep on going with learning. Chinese is spoken worldwide and to be one step closer to coming closer to my culture and background is to be a fluent chinese speaker! Thanks for sharing

from this article I have discovered that in china the instructive framework is altogether different and they have an a lot harder opportunity with regards to tests. they possibly have once opportunity to step through the examination and on the off chance that they don’t get the evaluation they want they should either retake the class for the following year or they need to set off for colleges that will acknowledge their evaluation. this is distinctive then the us on the grounds that here on the us we can step through the examinations on various occasions without retaking the class. I see how the character in the motion picture feels since they feel worried pretty much all the work they need to do to have the option to get an evaluation they want with just a one time possibility. the chinese and american societies are altogether different and this additionally clarifies why the understudies in china are progressively engaged and focus on their group.

This is a very good article! I did not know that English was the most spoken language on a earth, for I had always thought it was Chinese. The concept of phrasal verbs is quite interesting. I learned that phrasal verbs are combinations of short verbs and adverbs or prepositions. The Chinese and English grammar systems are very different though, which makes it quite confusing. But, some of the structures are the same. For instance, in both English and Chinese you would say that “I want something”. In English, you would say summer has good weather. But, in Chinese, you would say summer weather good.
