The Great Wall of China (万里长城- Wàn lǐ Cháng chéng)

You truly have not tasted  China if you never toured The Great Wall of China. Constructed approximately 2,000 years ago, The Great Wall stretches more than 13,000 miles (about 21,000 km) across China, similar to a dragon winding down valleys, rivers, and mountains.

Forbidden City (故宫- Gu gong)

The Forbidden City was home to 24 emperors during Ming and Qing dynasties. It is located at the center of Beijing and is called the Forbidden City because ordinary people were not allowed to enter without the emperor’s permission. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes while touring the Forbidden City, since it covers around 720,000 square meters with a ten meter high wall and six meter deep moat.

Terracotta Army (兵马俑- Bīng mǎ yǒng)

The army of Terracotta soldiers depicts individuals whose purpose was to protect the emperor after his death. Comprising of generals, warriors, horses, and chariots, the Terracotta Army will be a sight you will never forget!

The Li River (漓江- Lí Jiāng)

America’s National Geographic Magazine named the Li River one of the “World’s Top Ten Watery Wonders.” This natural landscape is located in Gui lin and has inspired several artists by its beauty. When visiting China, be sure to bring your camera to capture the allure and delicacy of the Li River.

We hope everybody will have a chance to visit, experience, and understand the true beauty of China’s landscape and monuments!
