Very informative and easy to follow video, thanks for sharing! My dad always cooks Scallion pancakes for me, it might be time for me to try making some for my family as well. The only thing that’s annoying is the amount of time it takes to make a few large pancakes to feed a family, but the reward of eating it afterward is definitely worth it.
