Beijing Soybean Paste Noodles

Old Beijing Soybean paste noodle ( “老北京炸酱面”) is a traditional Chinese dish made from soybean and sweet flour sauce. After making the paste, mix it with some “面码” or “vegetables on top of noodle,” such as cucumber and celery. These savory noodles can be enjoyed any day!

    it looks so delicious. Soybean paste noodle is one of my favorite food. I love its taste which delivers both the favor of meat and cucumber perfectly.
