Wow! I have never heard of or seen these type of noodles before. They look really good. I am also a fan of spicy food, so I think I would really enjoy this. I also really like the incorporation of the video because it gives a really nice visual of what ingredients are needed and how much of each ingredient is needed. I also like the description of each ingredient in the video because all the people at home can follow along and make these noodles too.

Beibei, I have always loved your food videos! It is so clear that you spend so much time and effort in each and every one of your videos! When I visited Italy, I had actually tried Chongqing food, including Chongqing noodles. Let’s just say I couldn’t feel my tongue for the next few hours, no matter how much water or milk I drank to subdue the spicy tingle in my mouth. I am so glad to be able to watch this video and see how that spicy dish was made! Thank you for sharing this with all of us!

Amazing! I am at a loss of words from the discovery of this noodle on the daily china. There is something about them that makes them look delicious. Due to my Thai background I think that I would really enjoy the spice that these noodles advertise. The video helped me a lot as I was curious in the creation of these noodles and it allows for an appealing visual aid. The ingredients listed in the videos allows the users to make the noodles from the comfort of their home which is also a nice addition.

Those noodles look absolutely amazing! Mixing the seasonings before adding the noodles remind me of the technique use to make chicken wings. Although these noodles look appetizing, I would probably not have them as I cannot handle spice. However, I would love to follow the video and make it for family and friends. Thanks for this amazing video
      !

These noodles look delicious! Your video editing is amazing! It’s very cool how the oil from the pan is poured on different ingredients and eventually combined to make the sauce. I have a couple of the main ingredients at home. Maybe I’ll try out this recipe one day!

Awesome description and great video! I have never tried Chongqing noodles before and your video just made me want to try it even more. I found it very interesting on how you made your own sauce with the oil. I knew that Chongqing people like to eat spice and that is why this dish is such a popular street-food in Chongqing. I’ll probably try and make this myself at home.

I appreciated the video because it showed the separate ingredients as well as the final dish in person. It is unfortunate that I cannot eat this dish due to an allergy, but he dish looks good. Before looking at the video, I knew several cooking styles of Chinese noodles, but not quite like this one. The noodles look very spicy and tasty, which I hope can be modified to suit my taste more and without peanut oil. Thank you for sharing this article and video.

You make these noodles sound really good. By appearance alone I think I’ve had these noodles a few times in authentic Chinese restaurants, but I don’t know many names, so I’m not sure. The video was really fun to watch and made the noodles look really appetizing. I noticed Chinese cuisine and Asian cuisine in general depend extremely heavily on seasoning, spices, and oils. These noodles are the epitome of Chinese cuisine. I’m also a big fan of spicy food, even though my tolerance isn’t too high.

I don’t think I’ve ever tried this type of noodle before. This video makes the food look REALLY GOOD! I think that I will try it out myself if I ever get the time to do so. I think I will first try it out somewhere in Queens first to see if I actually like them. It is interesting since I have been to a decent amount of Chinese restaurants in Queens and I still don’t remember ever hearing about these noodles. The presentation was neat and was enjoyable to watch. Great Job!
