Well, you may know much about health in English, but do you know how to discuss health in Chinese? In case you do not, here are the most important vocabulary words/phrases in Chinese regarding the topic of how to stay fit and healthy in a busy world!
- Health: 健康 (jiànkāng)
- Exercise: 运动 (yùndòng)
- Perform outdoor morning exercises together: 晨运 (chén yùn)
- Sports: 体育 (tǐyù)
- Sleep early, wake up early: 早睡,早起 (zǎo shuì, zǎoqǐ)
- Eat many fruits and vegetables: 多吃青菜水果 (duō chī qīngcài shuǐguǒ)
- Relax: 放松 (Fàngsōng)
- Go to the doctor: 看医生 (kàn yīshēng)
- Practice “qigong” (breathing exercises): 练气功 (liàn qìgōng)

I like this article! It is very informative. I personally knew most of these terms already, but I didn’t know one. If anyone needs help with their vocabulary, this would be a good article to direct them too. The visual is also very nice. There was clearly effort put into this article.
